ABOUT THE AUTHORS

David Olsen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Wisconsin - Madison. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has spent his entire career solving complex problems. He took an engineering approach to solve his own personal problem with yo-yo dieting, and has outlined his successful plan in this workbook.

Kelly Strigenz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oregon State University. She is a Registered Dietician. Using her training and experience in dietetics, she has helped hundreds of people lose weight. She provided much of the dietary information in this workbook.
